Our Team


OSHOKE J.T ABU - Dip., B.Sc., ACIPM.

He is the Training and Development Manager at ENROYALE Global Services Limited; A graduate of Education from the University of Maiduguri with a professional diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM), where he is an Associate member. He is passionate about capacity building as he believes that with the right training, people can learn skills, acquire knowledge and have improved behaviour to become the best they can be.

He is a former Banker with experience in relationship management with Bank PHB and worked as a Customer Service Officer with ASO Savings & Loans Plc, where he also served as a trainer for the implementation of a 3 year Service Culture Plan with the Service Quality Institute New York. He has been in active training for over 4 years now where he has successfully anchored and coordinated various training sessions for his organization.  He is a certified trained trainer by the Service Quality Institute New York and an expert in Customer Service.

He is also a facilitator and a lecturer at CIPM study centre for intending Human Resource Management professionals. He facilitated and coordinated trainings sessions for his former organization, a couple of Banks, Hotels, small and upcoming businesses striving to achieve excellence in service delivery.
