JOB TITLE: GROUP HEAD, SALES, MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Group Head, Sales, Marketing and
Business Development
manages/directs the business development activities of the organization and
drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company’s
bottom line
Duties
Responsible for the overall
management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer
Relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to the
company regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate
product development ideas.
Take ownership of the management of
the sales and marketing functions of the business.
Drive increased revenue and profit
to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.
Working to stringent targets, the
job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable
approach to each new business call.
Planning and coordinating the
implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Job Description
Identifies trendsetter ideas by
researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;
tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential
business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring
opportunities.
Developing
and executing a sales and marketing strategy and client relationship
management plan; identifying
sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
Building a sales pipeline for the various businesses
at Organization
Screens potential business deals by
analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials;
evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity
investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and
positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies
and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs
and goals
Closes new
business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating
contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Updates job
knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in
professional organizations.
·Overseeing
the day to day management of the business development team; devising strategies
for driving sales growth across the business.
Analyzing existing approaches to the
development of business and making changes where appropriate.
Setting targets for new business
development for the business development managers and executives.
Working closely with members of the
business and sales team to generate new business within large accounts.
Setting tough but achievable revenue
targets for the business development managers.
Negotiating sales contracts with
customers and ensuring their profitability.
Working with the marketing team to
devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.
Executing
a marketing strategy that makes Organization a magnetic brand
and the first choice for our clients
Swift
B2B sales which will involve reaching out to CXO level professionals and
founders, to convert opportunities into revenue generation platforms
Streamlining,
overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of the existing

revenue through generation of leads
Experience in working with senior
management to align sales strategies and solutions
