Morenike has held senior level executive management positions and has been involved in the provision of strategic Human Resource consulting services to different organizations. She has worked as a consultant for ENPLUG Africa, The Bridge Concepts Abuja, Accrete Petroleum Aberdeen, United Kingdom, FarmSmartNG, Gabfol Lounge Ltd, amongst other organisations
She has an MBA in Marketing Design & Innovation, London School of Marketing;, an MSc. in Management & Organizational Innovation and Business Management, Queen Mary University of London and a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
Morenike is very passionate about empowering the young and less privileged. This passion led her to set up a foundation, in memory of her late mum, called The Grace Omobolanle Foundation. Through the foundation, she adopts and sponsors children through school and also empowers families to enable them to cater for themselves.

Oluwayemisi Akaahs is the Director, Talent Acquisition with first-hand competency in managing people.
She worked in the Banking Industry for 12 years heading various units in the Commercial Banking, Public Sector and Private Banking departments of Access Bank Plc. She quit banking after working briefly at Keystone Bank, to pursue her career in Human Resources Management. Oluwayemisi is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria; holds a Masters’ degree in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom; and graduated tops in her class with a First Class Honours degree in Marketing from Central University, Ghana.
She is an alumnus of leading international colleges and business schools like Wharton, Pennsylvania; Ross Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan and the Cranfield School of Management, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, where she attended various Leadership and Management Programs over the years.
Oluwayemisi supports and is actively involved in charity works specifically with the Inspiring Working Women (IWW) and The Volt Projects as her contribution to society. Her ultimate goal is to inspire her circle of influence to aspire to become top-notch managers and leaders in whatever career paths they choose.

Samuel has extensive business experience, which has culminated in him becoming a chartered manager and a fellow of the chartered management institute UK. He chairs several small and medium businesses ranging from consultancies to retail in the UK and Ghana. He is a motivational speaker and has worked in the United Kingdom with Ministry of Defence, the British Army, University College London (UCL) and Queen Mary University of London, all of which are highly rated and world-class institutions. He also has specialist knowledge spanning across many disciplines including but not restricted to Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Oil and Gas Law, Coaching, Arbitration, Law, Strategy and Leadership.

KENNETH EMELIFONWU - DIRECTOR, Capacity Building
Kenneth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers England and Scotland. He has a BSc in Business Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom and His passion for Human Capital Development led him into further study for a Diploma in Human Resource Management in the UK. He was part of the team that developed Performance Management Systems for the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria under the Office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) and also part of the content development team for the Federal Civil Service Online Learning Platform under the same OHCSF.
He has participated in a number of capacity building trainings like, Change Management for the Canadian High Commission in Abuja and Lagos, Organizational Effectiveness for Federal Ministry of Water Resource, Leadership in Urban City development for the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) and Governance and Leadership in Public Protection training for high ranking police officers amongst others.
AMARA JULIET OBI LLB, LLM - LEGAL ADVISER
Amara has extensive experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management coupled with her strength in relating to people.
Her professional experience includes a role as a Research Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) where she was responsible for Legal Research, Round table discussions/moderation on topical legal matters and drafting of legal papers to the Nigerian National Assembly. She also served as Legal Consultant Standards, Guidelines and Regulations (SGR) with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). She has Developed & Reviewed Local Content Regulation in Nigeria and Developed Standards & Regulations for ICT in Nigeria.
She has a Bachelor of Law from Abia State University, Nigeria, and a Master’s Degree in Law from the Queen Mary University of London. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
